my experience was pretty good crossbow is a fun little thing I bought mine for great works a bit more and is set at 22. brought up a four socket down and a little quiver at the front to hold the boltspimped. If you are muscular problems most defiantly have some problems. It took all of my weight and put on muscle nice shot although very powerful and fun.
